Brilliant sheen. Gold colour with bright glints at the edge. Fresh, clean aroma on the nose with soft, yet intense, fragrances, mingling the fruit and flower aromas. Long and intense. On the palate, a soft attack, opening up into a pleasant sensation which balances crisp acidity with a soft mineral character which is typical of the grape variety. Long, complex and persistent.
The story of Viñedos Real Rubio began over one hundred years ago at the hands of their great grandparents, who began grape growing in the area around Monte Yerga, cultivating vines at a height of between 400 and 500 metres.
To that generous legacy, Mari Luz and Javier, together with their children, have brought their own personal determination to preserve and widen it, through a family project leading to the creation of our winery, Viñedos Real Rubio, in 2004.
