Pale yellow in colour, the nose is refined, with aromas of white peach, orange peel and lemon. Good acidity hides the sugar, and almost tastes like a dry Vouvray. Flavours include subtle caramel, pineapple, orange and a reasonably long finish.
The wines of Francois Pinon are considered amongst the finest expressions of Vouvray. Francois took over the estate from his father in 1987, since then, Francois has stayed true to the tradition while creating his own signature to the estate's name. The combination of organic viniculture and years of experience has resulted in harmonious expression of terroir and craftmanship.
