Old vines are the secret behind the concentrated fruit of Domaine de la Prégentière. Elegantly brushed with flavors of wild strawberries and a light tannic structure, this 70-30 blend of Grenache and Cinsault is a generous rosé, loaded with wonderful intermingled flavors of pears and white peaches and graced by hints of spring flowers and light spices. It’s lush on the palate, with a long harmonious finish.
The sun shining, the singing of cicadas and the soft smells of Provence characterises this hidden sanctuary, where men and women endeavour to create fine, subtle and authentic wines. Facing the Mediterranean Sea, surrounded by vines, speckled with trees and flowers, this privately owned family winery is delicately nestled among a large pine forrest. The Estate occupies 120ha of forrest among which 55ha are vineyards, in the terroir of Pontevès.
Situated between Brigoles and Aix-en-Provence, this little hillside village is gifted with exceptional climatic conditions and earth with great soil, to produce top quality wines.

"This is a lovely rosé from Château la Prégentière in Provence. A blend of cinsaut and grenache, it is salmon in colour with aromatics of white peach, red grapefruit and a touch of spice reminding of fresh radish. The palate is very balanced with the expressions of red grapefruit and white peach carrying through with some spice. There's some depth through the palate and the result is an enjoyable, balanced rosé suitable for current drinking."
