A very mellow and well balanced Chablis, with stone fruit and some delicate minerality that follows the slightly acidic and citrus palette.
Domaine du Columbier is located in Chablis, northern Burgundy that has been a family property since 1887, handed down over several generations. Today, three brothers, Jean-Louis, Thierry and Vincent work the 51 hectares of vines. These vines are planted exclusively to Chardonnay, and produce dry white wines that are clear, lively and light, with a yellow robe characterized by hints of subtle white-green. The winemaking is carried out with great care, with the greatest of respect for the traditional Burgundian methods, allied to the advantages of modern techniques.
