Chateau la Fleur des Pins, an old estate acquired by the Lamothe family in 1987, is situated at the south of the Graves appellation, in the middle of the Sauternes region. This wine is rated highly by the local wine scene as something fresher and more lovely than some, lesser quality Sauternes.
Elegant, this wine has a yellow gold colour. Nice intensity with dried fruit aromas, gingerbread and cinnamon. This beautiful sweet wine is perfect as an aperitif, or matched to poultry, cheese or chocolate desserts.
