Menu created by Jacques Reymond, one of Australia’s leading chefs whose restaurants have been accredited with Three Hat ratings by the Age Good Food Guide totaling 80 hats.

 

French wines brought to you by Bordeaux & Beyond and Richard Serisier’s private cellar at Chateau Cadillac.
