  • Beautiful pale yellow robe with glints of green. A fine nose showing notes of mineral, stone and white flowers. the mouth is full and voluminous, but also has good acidity.There are flavours of white-fleshed fruits, fennel with dried fruit notes which come from the ageing on its lees.

    Winemaking Macerated on the skins and the must was then shocked in preparation for alcoholic fermentation in oak barrels of different sizes. Ageing on fine lees in stainless steel vats for around 3 months.
